How many issues do I receive with my subscription? 
A one year subscription entitles you to 12 newsletters which arrive once a month for the duration of your subscription. Each newsletter will arrive within the first week of the month. 

When should I expect my first issue to arrive? 
Your first issue arrives in the mail within 3 weeks of placing the order. 

When I subscribed, I was offered a bonus item. When can I expect to receive this? 
Bonus items usually take 3-4 weeks to arrive from the time the subscription is paid in full.

I did not receive my newsletter last month. How can I get a replacement? 
Just send us an email or call us and we will be happy to resend any missing material.

I did not receive my monthly bonus email. Why would this happen? 
Due to high volumes of spam on the Internet, some companies filter all incoming email. It is possible that the spam filter might have mistaken our e-mail to you as spam and blocked delivery of this email. If that is the case, you can call your IT department or your ISP and let them know what you think may have happened. Inform them that you need to recieve emails from the following domains:

After this is completed, you can contact us and we will resend your email. 

How can I update my account information? 
You can log in to your account by going to "Subscription Services". There you can update your address, email address and other contact and shipping information.

I would like to pay/renew my subscription. How do I do that? 
You can pay or renew your subscription by going to "Subscription Services". There you can log in by using your username or email and password. You can also log in by using an invoice number.

When does my subscription expire? 
You can log in to "Subscription Services" and check out the status of all your subscriptions. 

I placed an order for your back issues, when should I expect it? 
Special orders usually take 7-10 days to arrive.
